Senior Design Engineer _ HVAC

Job Description:-

• Industrial projects experience is must in buildings like Warehouses, admin building, medical center, electrical buildings, and any other support facilities buildings.
• Knowledge of International & local codes, ASHRAE, NFPA, AMCA, and NBC to incorporate in design work.
• Prepare and plan all deliverables needed in project for HVAC scope of work in the project.
• Ability to guide MEP draughtsman to generate required output and 3D models within project schedule
• To prepare Design basis report for HVAC scope of work in projects
• To read and follow in detail Client Technical specifications.
• Ability to Design any HVAC system and Finalization of design schemes HVAC system.
• Design all the HVAC thermal loads calculations.
• Calculation of ventilation requirements
• Read and Analyze AutoCAD / Revit architectural layouts.
• Design the Ducts systems and their required calculations.
• To prepare P&ID layouts
• To prepare concept drawings and detailed design drawings or get it prepared from designers 
• To prepare BOQ and Technical Specifications.
• To prepare equipment data sheets.
• To check all drawings and other deliverables before sending it to client and to maintain high standards in quality output.
• Working knowledge of sustainable engineering practices shall be an added advantage
• Practical understanding of structures, specifications and details drawings for the buildings.
• Logical analysis of problems
• Fluent in English and good communication skills within cross culture teams is must.
• Team player, Practical and self motivated
• Able to accept responsibility and work independently without any supervision
