Senior Delivery Manger - Data Analytics & AI

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing thought leader to join our Data and Analytics team as a Senior Delivery Manager - Data Analytics & AI. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex AI and data analytics solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements to ensure successful project outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the successful delivery of complex AI and data analytics projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with product managers, solution designers, and customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, business systems analysts, and testers.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to both waterfall and agile methodologies as appropriate for each project.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across the delivery organization.
• Oversee the design and implementation of organizational structures to support project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics, AI, ML, Gen AI, and Agentic AI.
• Contribute to the company's thought leadership in AI and data analytics solutions.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML technologies and their applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS services.
• Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize organizational structures and processes.
• Experience in stakeholder management at all levels.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and delivery.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in data analytics, AI, or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
