Senior Delivery Manager - Operations - Coding

We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to objectively manage the service delivery operations of our Coding function. This role actively supports Business Unit leadership for continuous development towards excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully leading large teams of coders, consistently surpassing customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and manage service delivery according to client SLAs.
• Create and maintain process documentation, updating it promptly.
• Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review, and root cause analysis.
• Assist with new team member training and ensure consistent growth and development.
• Review overall staff performance and ensure that all targets for controlling attrition and shrinkage are met.
• Prepare and maintain management/operational reports and monitor process KPI and dashboard metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in ED Profee & Facility coding.
• Certified coder from AAPC or AHIMA.
• Experience in team handling.
• Good communication skills.
