Senior Data Analyst

• Work closely with Lead Data Migration to deliver data migration framework and strategy.

• Collaborate with senior functional consultants and global process owners.

• Analyze and assess legacy data quality, identifying cleansing and enrichment needs.

• Conduct data mapping workshops to gather detailed migration requirements.

• Document, communicate, and validate data migration requirements with project teams.

• Oversee and support SI Data Migration Technical Analysts.

• Ensure timely and high-quality data migration deliverables for sign-off.

• Feed data migration updates into overall project plans and provide status to Global Data Lead.

• Run data validation workshops and assist key users in verification.

• Act as escalation point for data-related issues during design, build, test, cutover, and hyper-care phases.

• Raise, assign, and track data migration defects to resolution.
