Key Responsibilities

ERP Transformation & Solution Design

Lead D365 F&O implementations across Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehouse, and Manufacturing. Shape solution architecture, design scalable processes, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows.

Full Lifecycle Implementation

Own full ERP lifecycle including LCS environment management, RSAT automation, UAT, training, go-live, hyper care, and long-term system performance and stability.

Process Optimization & Business Transformation

Drive innovation in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Advanced Planning, and Master Planning. Map and optimize complex E2E workflows to support business transformation.

Automation & AI Enablement

Implement Power Platform and D365 Copilot solutions to automate workflows, improve productivity, and enhance enterprise-wide decision-making.

Documentation & Training

Develop functional documentation, FDDs, process flows, test scripts, and training materials. Mentor users and guide adoption across cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable system solutions. Provide guidance on compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
