Senior D365 F&O Functional Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead D365 F&O transformation initiatives across Finance, Sales/OTC, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, aligning system functionality with business processes.
• Own the full implementation lifecycle: LCS environment management, RSAT automation, UAT, training, go-live, hypercare, and long-term system performance and stability.
• Drive innovation using cloud, automation, and AI; collaborate on integrations, data migration, Power Platform, and D365 Copilot initiatives.
• Mentor users, influence enterprise-wide improvements, and provide hands-on support to ensure adoption of ERP best practices.
• Produce high-quality functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, and solution artifacts for scalable implementations.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
