System & Computer Usage:
Use basic computer applications efficiently, with strong proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Student Issue Handling:
Handle student queries, concerns, and issues tactfully, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
Centre Operations Management:
Manage operational processes and formalities at the centre, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.
Customer Service Orientation:
Maintain a process-driven approach while delivering high-quality customer service to students and visitors.
