Senior Counselor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counselor to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in counseling or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students on academic and personal matters.
• Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to support student success.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and address student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Proven experience in counseling or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are needed to address complex issues.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including those from different cultural backgrounds and abilities.
