Job Description

  • Set up and conduct in-person meetings with potential upGrad learners to promote upGrad's mission of career advancement.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle for assigned leads, including meeting setup, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintain continuous communication with leads through phone, meetings, email, chat, and social media during both pre- and post-sales processes.
  • Maintain a detailed database of all lead interactions and provide feedback to the Student Experience Manager to optimize lead closure.
