A global consulting and advisory firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to both buy-side and sell-side engagements while working closely with international teams, clients, and deal professionals. What You Will Do:
- Conduct financial due diligence and prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports for buy-side and sell-side transactions involving PE, VC, family-owned businesses, and corporate clients.
- Analyze financial and operational performance to prepare detailed reports that support acquisition decisions and financing arrangements.
- Identify financial issues, opportunities, and post-acquisition considerations.
- Work closely with clients, investment banks, private equity investors, attorneys, and other stakeholders under the guidance of US-based project leads.
- Participate in client meetings to gather data and insights for financial analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- CA or CFA preferred.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in Transaction Advisory Services within a top-tier public accounting or consulting firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working with US-based deal and accounting professionals.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and occasional time-sensitive client requests.
