Solution Design and Implementation:

Lead and participate in the design and configuration of SAP TM solutions to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation management needs and translate them into effective SAP TM solutions.
Configure SAP TM system settings, master data, transportation networks, carriers, rates, and relevant business processes.
Customize and enhance SAP TM functionalities through appropriate extensions, integration, and enhancements.

Project Management and Delivery:

Lead and support end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Provide guidance to junior consultants and project team members, sharing best practices and industry insights.
Collaborate with clients to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables, and manage stakeholder expectations.

System Optimization and Support:

Perform regular system assessments to identify opportunities for optimization, process improvement, and enhanced system performance.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting, and resolving system defects.
Keep up to date with SAP TM advancements and recommend upgrades or updates to maintain system effectiveness.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure proper utilization of SAP TM functionalities and processes.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.

Industry Expertise and Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about transportation and logistics industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Continuously upgrade your skills and knowledge related to SAP TM and related technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) module.
Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP TM implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes and best practices.
Proficiency in SAP TM configuration, including transportation planning, order management, carrier selection, and optimization.
Experience with SAP TM integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Project management skills, including the ability to lead project teams and manage project timelines and budgets.
SAP TM certification is a plus.
