Job Description

• Provide domain expertise in test facility management systems (AVL TFMS or competitors) and understand test bench preparation workflows to align IT solutions with operational needs.

• Conduct fast-paced discovery sessions, capture requirements and constraints, and deliver high-quality assessments and recommendations.

• Translate business needs into IT application requirements, propose innovative solutions, and drive technology adoption strategies.

• Perform competitor benchmarking of test facility management applications and emerging technologies; prepare concise gap and opportunity reports.

• Lead buy vs build evaluations considering cost, scalability, and long-term value; present recommendations to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and procurement teams; act as a trusted advisor for process improvement and digital transformation.
