Role: Account Strategist
As an Account Strategist at CJ, you will be primarily responsible for facilitating affiliate marketing activities in close collaboration with the Account Management teams. Your role involves proactively engaging with these teams to assist with account strategies and ensure the successful delivery of client needs and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on Account Activities: Facilitate affiliate marketing (Account) activities in close collaboration with Account management teams.
- Strategic Assistance: Proactively engage with Account management teams and assist them in developing and refining account strategies.
- Client Delivery: Be responsible for delivering the needs of Account teams and working closely with clients to achieve successful results.
- Reporting & Tracking: Liaise with Account management teams to carry out various reporting tasks and conduct competitor tracking.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance closely, reporting any unusual spikes and lows in accounts, and working with Account teams to address them.
- Content & Campaign Review: Perform content and campaign reviews based on specified criteria to ensure quality and compliance.
- Publisher Review: Review affiliate publisher pages and report any discrepancies.
- Task Prioritization: Demonstrate sound knowledge of prioritizing tasks based on the evolving needs of the account team.
- Adaptability & Execution: Quickly adapt to changing environments and acquire new skills as needed to meet role requirements. Ability to plan and execute a variety of tasks within designated timeframes, consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Client Engagement: Actively participate in client campaign planning and quarterly business reviews.
- Communication: Serve as a clear and effective communicator within CJ and when interfacing with advertisers.
- Problem Solving: Act as a critical thinker and problem solver, capable of influencing/developing account strategies that contribute to advertisers' overall objectives.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Education: A graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 4 - 7 years of exposure in a digital media/client services role.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Sound knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
- Affiliate Marketing: Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing.
- Learning Agility: A quick learner with a high curiosity quotient.
- Excel Proficiency: Expert in Excel functions and formulas.
- Client Experience: Experience handling US/UK clients is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office Suite: Sound knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Adaptability & Pressure Management: Ability to adapt to a changing environment and deliver under pressure.
- Multitasking & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to multitask with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to apply logical and analytical thinking.
