Senior Chemist

• Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, and finished goods to ensure quality standards.
• Resolve issues related to raw material performance and prepare and calibrate standard solutions while maintaining accurate records.
• Compile and report monthly data related to ISO quality management standards.
• Maintain communication with production, stores, planning, purchase, technical, and other manufacturing teams to support SAP Quality Management module requirements.
• Implement 5S Japanese methodology for housekeeping and organization within the plant premises.
• Adhere to and maintain safety standards as per company policies.
• Manage issuing and indenting of laboratory requirement items efficiently.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to enhance productivity.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure proper laboratory housekeeping, safety, and maintenance throughout shifts.

Education Qualifications

B.Sc/Chemistry, M.Sc(Science)/Chemistry
