Senior Business Innovation Consultant

JOB PURPOSES

Outreach Marketing & Evangelization of Electronic Payment Solutions

• Drive HPS's evangelization efforts to promote new payment practices and technologies: CBDCs, crypto assets, blockchain, open banking, tokenization, etc.
• Develop industry insights and thought leadership through whitepapers, articles, and conference participation.
• Network (via seminars, conferences, and events) to generate brand partnerships, leads, and prospective customers.

Partnership Development & Assessments

• Provide strategic, analytical, and technical support for partner/new venture opportunities that could enable high-potential solutions.
• Contribute to the business and technical assessment of new partners/new ventures.

Business Development & Partner Onboarding

• Contribute to shaping the business development strategy to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
• Assist in identifying external growth opportunities.
• Support the integration of partner offerings into HPS's overall portfolio.
• Provide expertise on business value throughout the pre-sales and sales cycle.
• Define the visual direction for representing new offerings and business opportunities.

Innovation Development

• Identify opportunities to optimize HPS solutions development and enhance customer experience.
• Build an innovation pipeline to monitor opportunities, technologies, and trends.
• Design, develop, and showcase proofs of concept for innovative payment and security technologies, leveraging industry expertise and independent judgment.
• Contribute to prototyping and testing new solution concepts.
• Perform research and analysis for pilot programs and innovation initiatives.
• Lead efforts to promote a culture of innovation across HPS teams.
• Assist in planning and executing cross-functional initiatives, including demo days and innovation workgroup sessions.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of test-and-learn projects, including stakeholder management, research design, data analysis, and actionable insight generation.

Cross-Cutting Activities

• Source and present information to understand how clients' current needs impact the development of apps and solutions now and in the future.
• Serve as an internal consultant, providing strategic insights, planning discipline, and cross-departmental team-building skills to help the Group navigate change successfully.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to determine best practices for testing and piloting new technologies and processes.
