Job Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, optimizing resources, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of services in the PR and media sector. The role also involves participating in marketing, promotional, and PR activities to enhance visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through briefing, pitching, and client acquisition.
  • Develop revenue projections and resource utilization plans across business lines.
  • Build strategic partnerships across Paid Media, Earned Media, and Production.
  • Up-sell services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
  • Manage financial and contractual aspects of client agreements.
  • Create awareness and interest in certifications and educational programs via PR activities and promotional events.
  • Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in PR, media, or marketing.
  • Experience in client acquisition, revenue management, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, social media, and PR processes.
  • Ability to participate in promotional activities and represent the organization professionall
