Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Determine operational objectives by analyzing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write detailed specifications.
  • Improve existing systems by reviewing current practices and designing modifications.
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
  • Define project requirements including milestones, phases, team formation, and budget establishment.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving issues, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Interpret, evaluate, and integrate research data to develop business analyses and projections for strategic decision-making.
  • Plan and coordinate primary and secondary market research studies to support strategic planning and marketing initiatives; present findings to product and project teams.
  • Perform regular reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
  • Suggest improvements to senior management using data-driven insights and actively participate in implementing approved changes.
  • Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reports highlighting business trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation and testing.
  • Skilled in analyzing data to draw meaningful business conclusions and proficient in data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of API documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of generating process documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
