Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Understand business needs and elicit, document, and review requirements.
• Achieve consensus with stakeholders on usability, performance, and feasibility.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge and learning.
• Proliferate offerings to sales teams and advise QA/Development teams on troubleshooting analysis.
• Follow standard documentation processes focused on customer objectives.
• Develop artefacts through case studies, white papers, and lessons learnt.
• Perform feasibility analysis on prospective business.
• Support project planning and status reporting.
• Mentor and guide associate business analysts to improve efficiency.
• Share knowledge and learning among peers.
