Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Business Analyst with 10-15 years of experience to drive enterprise-level initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver business transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, technology integration, stakeholder management, and strategic planning. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with IT and operational capabilities to deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis Leadership
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand long-term business goals and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Drive the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives across business units.
• Lead enterprise-wide business analysis efforts, managing high-impact, high-visibility projects.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, business sponsors, and functional heads.
• Facilitate decision-making by presenting well-researched business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
• Bridge the gap between business and technology by translating complex needs into actionable requirements.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, support business cases, and monitor performance metrics.
• Design and support the development of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Mentoring Best Practices
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and BA teams on tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Champion business analysis standards, templates, and frameworks across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10 15 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on enterprise-level projects.
• Proven track record of leading strategic business initiatives and digital transformation programs.
• Advanced knowledge of business process modelling, data analysis, and system design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience working across multiple industries such as BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, or technology.
