Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Gather and document detailed requirements, epics, and user stories for B2B SAP Commerce solutions
• Lead business analysis efforts for eCommerce implementations in both B2B and B2C environments
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, and design/UX teams to understand and clarify requirements
• Maintain functional documentation and ensure alignment with development teams
• Possess hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar eCommerce platforms such as Magento, AEM, and Shopify
• Oversee the end-to-end processes in the eCommerce ecosystem, including SAP ERP integration
• Apply agile methodologies using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Preferred: Industry exposure to B2B environments like steel trading and SAP ERP integration
