Senior BizOps Engineer

Summary:

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure. They should possess demonstrated technical proficiency and design thinking. Experience in Agile and ITSM environments, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Support access audits, reporting, and troubleshooting using relational databases.
• Utilize Bash & Unix shell scripting for automating operational tasks, log parsing, and system monitoring.
• Manage cron jobs, file manipulation, and process control in Unix/Linux environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate security checks into automated workflows.
• Apply SRE principles such as observability, incident response, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
• Maintain high-availability systems and reduce toil through automation.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems, networking basics, web applications, and databases.

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of experience relevant experience of 1 to 2 years.
• Experience with ITSM SLOs and volume management reduction of work orders through RCA and problem management.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Understanding of Privilege and Access Management (PAM) concepts and experience with tools like RSA IGL, MARC, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar.
