Senior Backend Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a cross-product developer framework
• Contribute to feature implementation, testing, and delivery
• Advocate for high-quality, standardized development practices
• Facilitate and guide technical discussions across stakeholder groups
• Mentor junior engineers and model engineering best practices
• Maintain a balance between long-term platform goals and immediate solution needs
• Manage expectations of development teams regarding project deliverables and timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience in application development
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) and server-side application design
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, architecture, and design principles
• High attention to detail, excellent analytical/problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and related technologies

Preferred:

• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud deployments in Azure or AWS
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or Entity Framework
