Senior Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Java and Selenium.
• Perform comprehensive API testing for REST and SOAP web services using tools like Postman, SoapUI, and ReadyAPI.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems (eg, Jira).
• Generate regular test reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Improve and optimize automation frameworks and processes.
• Contribute to the development of testing best practices and standards.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and Selenium.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and ReadyAPI.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with the Page Object Model (POM) framework.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools (eg, JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Experience with cloud platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, GCP).
