Senior Associate - PPC

We are seeking a proactive Senior Associate - PPC to join a team in Kozhikode, Kerala. The ideal candidate will be a leader in paid media campaigns, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other networks.
• Strategy & Budgeting: Define PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies that align with broader marketing and business objectives. Manage budgets, timelines, and performance targets effectively.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure quality and continuous learning within the PPC function.
• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct advanced keyword research, audience segmentation, and performance forecasting. Regularly analyze campaign data, produce detailed performance reports, and present strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving PPC tools, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends, and proactively incorporate them into campaign strategies.

Skills Required

• Any Graduation.
• Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on PPC.
• Expertise in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis, performance forecasting, and reporting.
• The ability to lead, mentor, and guide a team.
