Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Execute accurate end-to-end payroll and HR administration for UK and ROI colleagues
  • Manage colleague records and payroll data in alignment with compliance and Tesco policy
  • Support internal quality checks, work allocation, and team training
  • Identify and implement process improvements with CI, RPA, and AI for Ops teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex payroll queries and ensure >99.5% accuracy in amendments
  • Collaborate with UK stakeholders, People Services, and payroll managers
  • Apply UK legislation and Tesco-specific payroll procedures
  • Maintain reconciliations and controls across payroll cycles
