Senior Associate-Marketing Automation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive marketing operations and process improvements within a corporate environment
• Implement and manage marketing automation tools and platforms
• Utilize Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps) to streamline workflows
• Leverage Workato and APIs for integrations and efficiency gains
• Collaborate across teams to optimize marketing processes using GenAI
• Support documentation and communication around process changes and solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation tools and integrations

Skills Required:

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations and process improvement roles within a corporate environment
• Proficiency in APIs, Power Automate, PowerApps, Workato, MS Copilot, or similar tools
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) for automation and efficiency
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
