Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Inventory Management
Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels, ageing, and utilization across storage locations.
Analyze inventory health metrics such as excess, obsolete, and slow-moving stock.
Support cycle count analysis and inventory reconciliation using system data.
Design and manage inventory analytics dashboards providing real-time visibility of Long Lead Equipment (LLE) stored across multiple facilities.
Perform inventory reconciliation analytics by comparing vendor reports, storage records, and internal asset management systems.
Analyze inventory aging, storage utilization, and stock movement trends to support capacity planning and cost optimization.
Generate predictive insights to identify potential inventory shortages, excess storage risks, and material availability challenges.
Build automated inventory reporting frameworks consolidating data from third-party storage vendors and internal systems.
Conduct variance analysis and drive data correction initiatives through vendor and stakeholder collaboration.
Develop reporting metrics supporting asset traceability and inventory accuracy governance.
Identify process improvement opportunities through data pattern analysis and reporting automation.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Business Analytics (preferred)
Certification in Inventory Management or APICS (Preferred)

Technical Skills
Inventory reconciliation and stock optimization analysis
Safety stock and buffer inventory monitoring
Data modeling and inventory forecasting basics
Warehouse management system (WMS) exposure
Reporting & dashboard visualization
Functional Skills
Understanding of storage compliance and material lifecycle tracking
Stock ageing, surplus, and obsolescence analysis
Inventory variance and shrinkage monitoring

Advanced MS Excel (mandatory)
