Senior Associate Fundraising

Donor Acquisition & Pipeline Development

• Identify, research, and build a pipeline of potential donors including CSR partners, foundations, and HNIs.
• Develop customized and compelling proposals aligned to donor priorities.
• Support and execute outreach strategies and campaigns to generate new funding opportunities.
• Track prospective donors and maintain accurate pipeline data.

Donor Relationship Management & Renewals

• Manage an assigned portfolio of donors and ensure high-quality stewardship.
• Lead donor visits, school immersions, and engagement interactions.
• Deliver timely and accurate reports including quantitative data, impact stories, and narrative updates.
• Maintain donor databases, projections, and renewal timelines.
• Drive donor retention and long-term partnerships.

Compliance & Documentation

• Coordinate with finance, program, and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to MOUs and donor agreements.
• Ensure CSR compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Oversee reporting accuracy, audits, and documentation processes.
• Track deliverables and ensure all donor commitments are fulfilled.

Volunteering & Corporate Engagement

• Plan and execute corporate volunteering initiatives in collaboration with school teams.
• Design structured and meaningful volunteering experiences to strengthen donor relationships.
• Monitor participation, collect feedback, and improve engagement quality.
• Ensure smooth execution of on-ground volunteering events.
