Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensure all accounting entries are in compliance with GAAP and company policies and procedures
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with external audits and internal control assessments
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
