Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively maintain and expand client databases across various segments in the assigned region
  • Manage the entire new business development pipeline from lead generation and initial sales calls to online product demos and closure
  • Research and plan customer calls and demos on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Understand market dynamics and customer needs to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately forecast weekly and monthly customer acquisition and revenue
  • Create positive brand awareness of 10times and the inbuilt product FLOOR among prospective clients during calls
  • Follow a customer-centric sales approach and adhere to defined protocols to build long-lasting customer relationships
  • Capture customer success stories as case studies and share them with relevant teams
  • Ensure appropriate handovers and seamless transition to post-sales teams in a timely manner
  • Continuously explore and apply new methods to generate high-quality leads and prospects
