Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate - Data Analyst
The client Data team is developing centralized processes and tools to help more efficiently manage data onboarding tasks (tracking, testing), support data pipelines (monitoring, tracking, triaging) and facilitate sharing of the Research data with clients and other parts of the Firm (cataloging, tracking). The Data team is looking to hire additional resources to help provide support for these central data management activities including data quality monitoring, data onboarding and data incident management activities associated with the growing set of data-oriented initiatives.
Responsibilities
Track data alerts, data incidents, and data inquiries.
Assist in monitoring changes to datasets and managing impact with users.
Perform level 1 incident triaging and provide classification for new requests and incidents.
Assist in administrative incident management.
Co-ordinate and collaborate with client teams on issues related to day-to-day operations, testing, technical issues, escalation, etc.
Monitor and report performance to client stakeholders. Hold governance meetings and discuss performance issues.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Any Graduate/ Postgraduate (Management, Analytics, Mathematics, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Postgraduate (Management, Analytics, Mathematics, etc.)
Certification in Data Analytics.
Demonstrated experience in coding using Python / SQL.
Financial data / general financial markets concepts are an added advantage.
Exposure to incident management software / processes (e.g., Dynamics, JIRA, ServiceNow).
Experience configuring or management incident / project management software/processes.
Experience developing and maintaining reports/metrics.
Experience performing Data Testing / QA.
