Senior Associate - Customer Care

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate  with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team at Aster Medcity, responsible for multi-channel commerce fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence and analytics.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop business intelligence solutions to drive growth and improvement.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business intelligence solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation of business intelligence systems.
