Job Description:

  • Project Management: Plan, organize, direct, and complete construction audit engagements while managing budgets and timelines.
  • Practice Leadership: Lead the Construction Advisory Practice, provide guidance to teams, and support strategic growth and client relationship management.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Practice Leads on long-term initiatives, resource utilization, and project delivery optimization.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with US Points of Contact (POC) and project leads to align on responsibilities, expectations, and feedback implementation.
  • Contract & Financial Review: Analyze construction contracts, subcontracts, job cost reports, financial statements, and material procurement processes to identify cost savings and resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Internal Controls: Assess construction project control environments, propose recommended controls, and perform risk assessments.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct complex analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across multiple sources of data and supporting documentation.
  • Team Management: Assign tasks, review deliverables, mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and lead training initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Ensure deliverables meet US and client expectations, provide updates, and address roadblocks or resource planning needs.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities and actively participate in recruiting top talent.
  • Technical Proficiency: Use MS Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools effectively for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
