Senior Architect, Generative AI and AI Agent Factory

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Governance

• Architect and govern the design of scalable, modular AI agent frameworks (Agent Mesh, Orchestrator, Memory, Canvas) for enterprise-wide reuse.
• Define event-driven orchestration and agentic execution patterns (e.g., Temporal, LangGraph, AST-RAG, reflection) for intelligent, context-aware workflows.
• Drive platform integration across PepGenX, Agent Factory, and PepVigil ensuring consistency in observability, security, and orchestration patterns.

Solution Design & Reusability

• Develop reusable agent templates, blueprints, and context frameworks (e.g., MCP, semantic caching) to accelerate onboarding of AI use cases across domains.
• Establish architecture standards embedding Responsible AI (RAI), data privacy, and policy enforcement within GenAI agents.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead technical architecture planning across delivery sprints, vendor integration tracks, and GenAI product releases.
• Influence enterprise architecture and guide cross-functional engineering teams in implementing AI-driven solutions.
