Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Solution & Architecture Design

• Understand program or initiative objectives, long-term plans, IT strategies, business requirements, and associated business processes.
• Visualize a holistic picture and provide forward-thinking solutions and roadmaps.
• Assess and recommend suitable solutions, products, and technologies aligned with business expectations.
• Evaluate current customer IT investments, system landscape, processes, and architecture.

Best Practices & Methodology

• Apply experience and awareness of best practices in architecture, design, and software engineering.
• Utilize UML, design patterns, and SDLC methodologies effectively.
• Define and refine software engineering processes, ensuring process adherence and improvements.

Delivery Excellence & Business Impact

• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality delivery, on-time delivery (OTD), and cost efficiency.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
• Reduce costs associated with technology, infrastructure, people, and processes while delivering value.
• Track and deliver solutions built for programs/initiatives effectively.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Retain high performers within the practice and support career progression of reportees (2 levels).
• Maintain high employee satisfaction within the practice.
