Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

Job Description:

• Review and evaluate architectural designs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and designers to ensure that design solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with architectural standards and principles
• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the organization that are optimized for BIM
• Identify and mitigate design risks and issues by collaborating with project teams, designers, and stakeholders
• Ensure all architectural designs are consistent with the organization's strategic objectives and long-term goals
• Participate in project planning and governance activities to ensure that designs are aligned with business requirements and project objectives
• Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to identify and resolve cross-functional design issues
• Liaise with the statutory and local authorities to obtain design approvals
• Lead by example and ensure QMS and Project Life Cycle compliance across team and projects

Responsibilities:

• Provide training and mentoring to junior architects and other members of the project team.
• Support in planning resource needs and escalate as required if there are resource concerns. Support the recruitment process as required.
• Provide feedback on team performance and development requirements
  Contribute to required business development opportunities
  Contribute to the delivery of the business unit strategy
  Qualifications. 
• The candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institute. 
• At least 12 years of proven experience in a similar role demonstrating an exemplary track record.
• Experience in working on projects in Europe/ Netherlands.
• Expert knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Expert knowledge in BIM processes – combine and review models, clash detection, manage changes etc.,
• Excellent technical writing skills.
