Senior Analyst, Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales operational support
• Manage order fulfillment and ensure timely order processing
• Track and resolve customer or order issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Serve as liaison between customers/partners and the sales organization
• Facilitate seamless product and sales information flow
• Drive process improvements in sales operations
• Handle order escalations and manage SKUs effectively
• Influence sales behavior and capabilities as required
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and process improvement programs
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in resolving complex issues
