Senior Analyst - MBB

• Manage end-to-end reconciliation process for digital media campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Partner with internal Media teams, Business & Financial Operations, Accounts Payable, and vendors to secure correct invoice processing.

• Identify vendor invoice discrepancies and request corrected invoices proactively.

• Track vendor invoices within IPS platform and review partner statements to ensure alignment with campaign activity.

• Prepare and deliver detailed reporting on campaign status, financial activity, and outstanding items.

• Ensure compliance with internal audit and financial control guidelines.

• Meet client quarterly reconciliation deadlines and communicate discrepancies effectively.

• Collaborate with Senior Associate and reconciliation team on operational tasks.

• Apply learnings and training to improve accuracy and efficiency continuously.

• Take ownership of responsibilities, resolving issues fully and escalating recurring problems with proposed solutions.
