Senior Analyst – Global Compensation (US)
Job Description
•Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analysis using external survey data and internal benchmarks
•Participate in salary surveys and benchmark job identification processes
•Support implementation and administration of compensation, rewards, and recognition programs
•Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for compensation initiatives including bonus and sales compensation
•Manage and maintain job architecture framework ensuring data consistency and integrity
•Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of job records in HR systems
•Maintain job inventory including exemption status, costing, and classification details
•Support stock administration reporting and HR platform maintenance
•Provide compensation guidance to HR managers for hiring, promotions, and role changes
•Participate in salary survey data collection and reporting activities
•Work with HRIS and ERP systems for payroll and compensation data management
