Senior Analyst Fixed Assets Accounting

Summary:

This role involves managing and executing tasks related to Fixed Assets Accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements. The position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance financial processes and support audits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Fixed Asset (FA) activities including capitalization, disposal, transfers, and FA master data amendments.
• Execute monthly depreciation, asset transfers, and retirements.
• Perform month-end close tasks for Fixed Assets.
• Conduct Fixed Asset reconciliations and prepare asset reports, including monthly asset schedules.
• Support statutory and internal audit requirements for the Fixed Assets domain.
• Maintain rigorous controls across RTR FA Accounting processes, including CARM activity.
• Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes for FAR SL and GL.
• Ensure that management and statutory reporting is completed accurately and on time.
• Perform reconciliations and proactively work on future GLAT.
• Prepare and post FI postable journals.
• Contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm, and support to the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes.

Requirements:

• University graduate, B Com, MBA in Finance.
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in F&A BPO or any other industry.
• Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting, General Ledger, or RTR profile.
