Senior Analyst – Business Intelligence – HR/Talent Analytics

•Work as an individual contributor while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

•Extract relevant data, cleanse it, and transform it into insights that drive business value using analytics and visualization techniques.

•Develop and maintain data visualizations and models to support HR/Talent Analytics reporting needs.

•Review and validate data accuracy as it is collected and oversee deployment of data to the data warehouse.

•Collaborate with IT to deploy software/hardware upgrades that enhance analytics and big data use cases.

•Monitor analytics results and metrics, identify data anomalies, and perform data profiling for quality insights.

•Implement new data analysis methodologies to improve reporting and decision support.

•Support HR and business partners with actionable insights and analytics recommendations.
