Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and Requirements Definition: Gather business and user requirements using a range of tools and techniques. Map As-Is and To-Be business processes/capabilities as needed.
• Impact Analysis and Estimation: Identify potential consequences of changes and estimate modifications needed. Define changes within the project scope, ensuring quality and appropriate effort.
• Business Solution Design and Development: Work with stakeholders to ensure systems, workflows, and processes support the target operating model. Collaborate with technical leads and domain experts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Benefits Evaluation: Assess strengths and weaknesses of identified benefits and dis-benefits in line with the project mandate.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business owners, change managers, users, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project requirements and solution design.
• Business Change: Collaborate with Business Change Managers and improvement teams to identify enhancements and ensure project outputs deliver expected benefits.
• Frameworks, Tools, and Documentation: Advise project teams on methodologies, operating models, functional specifications, user cases, user stories, defect analysis, and appropriate templates.
