Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CyberArk / Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to implement, manage, and support enterprise PAM solutions. The role involves hands-on administration, integrations, operations, and compliance support for CyberArk environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support CyberArk PAM components (EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP)
- Onboard and manage privileged accounts across Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, and applications
- Create and manage Safes, platforms, policies, and access controls
- Develop and support custom CPM plug-ins and password automation
- Integrate CyberArk with AD, LDAP, MFA/RADIUS, SIEM, ticketing tools
- Monitor PSM sessions and perform troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Perform upgrades, patching, backups, and DR activities
- Support audits and maintain operational documentation
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM
- Experience with AD/LDAP integration, RBAC, MFA
- Knowledge of Vault backup, restore, and DR
- PowerShell scripting (good to have)
Certifications
- Certified CyberArk Defender (Preferred)
