Senior Advisory Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Consultation:
• Lead and deliver strategic consulting engagements with a focus on identifying and addressing business challenges and opportunities.
• Provide expert advice to clients in areas such as business transformation, technology adoption, digital strategy, and process optimization.
• Develop actionable recommendations and solutions aligned with client goals, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Establish strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives, department heads, and business leaders.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to align clients' objectives with tailored consulting services.
• Advise clients on complex projects and provide hands-on support throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Solution Development and Delivery:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Manage the delivery of large-scale advisory services, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
• Apply industry and technology expertise to advise clients on the most appropriate solutions.
• Project Leadership:
• Lead consulting projects, including defining project scope, setting milestones, managing resources, and mitigating risks.
• Manage a team of consultants, providing mentorship, guidance, and coaching for career development.
• Oversee the execution of deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.
• Business Development and Growth:
• Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to win new projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market needs to drive business growth and expand service offerings.
• Thought Leadership:
• Contribute to thought leadership by publishing whitepapers, articles, and blogs on industry-related topics.
• Present at conferences, webinars, and client events to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
• Change Management:
• Support clients in managing organizational change, including process reengineering, technology adoption, and workforce transformation.
• Provide coaching and support for client teams during transitions to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 8-10 years of consulting experience, with at least 4 years in a senior advisory role.
• Proven track record of leading complex business transformation projects across multiple industries.
• Technical Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific solutions, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
• Strong experience with business process analysis, technology integration, and digital strategy.
• Consulting Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in an easy-to-understand format.
• Demonstrated experience with client relationship management and building long-term business partnerships.
• Communication and Leadership:

• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management, business analysis, or consulting methodologies (e.g., PMP, CBAP) are preferred.
