Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in Senior AR Associate collections activities.
• Handle end-to-end (E2E) collections via email-to-email and voice-to-voice (V2V) interactions.
• Manage high-volume and complex accounts receivable portfolios.
• Resolve escalated customer disputes and negotiate payment plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, SOX controls, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in receivables management and reporting.
