Qualification: CA / CFA

Experience: Qualified CA / CFA with 10-15 years of relevant experience

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive efficient financial planning and control. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements

Ensure accurate accounting in Tally ERP

Manage GST & TDS compliance, including timely filing of returns

Monitor budgets and analyze variance reports

Ensure adherence to taxation laws and government regulations

Oversee cash flow management and optimize fund utilization

Coordinate with external auditors and handle audit processes

Maintain financial discipline and internal controls

Key Requirements:

Qualified CA / CFA with 10-15 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and compliance

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP

Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
