Key Responsibilities:

Lead frontend development efforts using ReactJS, TypeScript, and related technologies.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and designs into high-quality code.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.
Drive code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.
Integrate frontend with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend technologies and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in ReactJS.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3/SASS.
Experience with TypeScript and component-based architecture.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and modern frontend tooling.
Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
Knowledge of unit testing using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, etc.

Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or server-side rendering.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or DevOps basics.
Background in design systems or building reusable component libraries.
Understanding of SEO, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
