Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Semi-Tech Support specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing help with products or services. Your main goal is to solve problems by understanding the customer's issue, finding the root cause, and providing a clear, effective solution.
- This role is a mix of customer service and basic technical troubleshooting.
- You'll also be responsible for giving software training to clients and managing support tickets.
