Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional growth roadmap for MBC/AMI/EPC utility services.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with DISCOMs, AMISPs, and EPC players.
  • Lead technical and commercial solutioning aligned with RDSS/state funding policies and utility CAPEX/OPEX models.
  • Oversee SLA adherence and ensure seamless project execution across internal and partner teams.
  • Drive billing and collections, proactively addressing revenue or recovery bottlenecks.
  • Manage tender participation, including consortium development and bid strategy formulation.
  • Maintain strong governance on contract compliance, risk mitigation, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B. Tech/B.E. in Electrical and Electronics; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in power utility services, with significant exposure to MBC, AMI, EPC-based delivery and solar energy solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of AMISP frameworks, RDSS scheme guidelines, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing utility accounts and executing high-value service contracts.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to manage complex project risks and contractual obligations.
