Seeburger Support Developer - L2/L3

Key Responsibilities

SEEBURGER Migration

• Participate in BIS migration projects: system-to-system, version/patch upgrades, or landscape changes.
• Analyze existing interfaces, mappings, and communication setups in the source system.
• Migrate and reconfigure mappings, adapters, certificates, and trading partner profiles.
• Perform interface remediation, regression testing, and validation post-migration.
• Support cutover activities and hypercare after go-live.

Support & Operations

• Provide L2/L3 support for SEEBURGER BIS integrations.
• Monitor EDI/B2B message flows and resolve production issues within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.

Development & Integration

• Develop and enhance EDI mappings (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, CSV, JSON).
• Configure and maintain communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTP/S, OFTP2, HTTP/S.
• Onboard and test trading partners in the target system.
• Support minor enhancements and optimization of existing interfaces.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with ERP, infrastructure, security, and external partners.
• Coordinate with external trading partners and business users during UAT and cutover phases.
• Prepare and maintain migration documentation and runbooks.
